Established in 1990, The Alternative Board® facilitates monthly peer advisory boards comprised of local owners, presidents and CEOs who run non-competing businesses. Each month members gather to share experience and solve challenges to grow to the next level. TAB Boards® consist of presidents, CEOs, owners and managing partners of privately owned businesses. The boards of up to 10, but no more than 12, members each meet monthly under the guidance of a TAB-Certified Facilitator/Coach. Because no one lays claim to the member´s business, the result is no-holds-barred feedback and a sounding board for best business practices.
